- Initiating and formulating staff training and development programs.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of superior safety procedures and customer service procedures.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance procedures for the gondola, equipment, buildings and vehicles.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of all department budgets
- Collaborate with the Operations, Maintenance on all aspects of building, equipment and lift maintenance
- Identifying and implementing facility/equipment needs and improvements; coordinating with the Operations Manager the purchase of goods and services required.
- Attend weekly leadership team meetings as required.
- Contributes to the overall cleanliness of all gondola facilities particularly in the operations department areas.
- Collaborate in the Development and Oversight Health and Safety practices throughout the Gondola
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of superior Standard Operating Procedures (e.g. safety, customer service, emergency procedures).
- Ensuring adherence of operations to Pursuit, Banff Jasper and Viad policies and procedures.
