Armour Group Inc. is a group of companies providing administrative support for a variety of programs and products in the insurance sector. Armour Group Inc. is looking for a highly motivated team player who will join our team in office as a Claims Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide detailed, accurate, and timely Claims Administrator support as part of a dedicated claims team. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position. Additional key qualifications include good customer relations, the ability to communicate clearly, excellent keyboard skills, as well as attendance. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented individual who is reliable and is committed to meeting deadlines. Bilingual English/French an asset. Remuneration commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assess submissions for compliance with certificates and service level agreements
- Claims administration including maintenance of claim files, insuring accepted and rejected claims are logged into the computer system for archiving purposes
- Interact in a professional and efficient manner with internal team, clients, and partners
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including data entry, copying, logging, scanning, filing and archiving
- Customer Relations and Communication (verbal and written)
- Data Entry, Validation and Reconciliation
- Other administrative assignments as required
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary level education or equivalent experience
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with thoroughness
- A keen eye / attention to detail
- Goal-oriented, dedicated and proactive-thinking
- Administrative experience with Life and disability claims advantageous
- Bilingual verbal and written (English and French) an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Strong math skills
- Demonstrates professional integrity and adherence to confidentiality and privacy requirements
- Strong trouble shooting / problem solving abilities
- Customer Service experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
