Responsibilities:

• Review insurance policy and coverages.
• Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability.
• Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.
• Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement.

Experience:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required
• Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy

Bonus Qualifications:

• Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation.
• Fluency in other languages, is a strong asset
