Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policy and coverages.
- Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability.
- Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.
- Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement.
Experience:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required
- Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
Bonus Qualifications:
- Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation.
- Fluency in other languages, is a strong asset
