We are a growing coaching office based in Toronto, dedicated to empowering individuals through our range of innovative programs, online courses, coaching packages, and seminars. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Specialist who shares our vision and is eager to contribute to our journey.

What You'll Do:
- Forge and nurture lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Seek out new sales opportunities and diligently follow up on leads.

- Skillfully negotiate and seal deals, contributing to our mission and your success.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales targets and objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
- Work collaboratively with our team to reach sales goals.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor movements to stay ahead of the game.
Who You Are:
- You have a proven track record in sales or a related field, demonstrating your ability to close deals and build meaningful customer relationships.
- Your communication skills are second to none, and you have a knack for connecting with people.
- You're persuasive and compelling in negotiations, with a talent for turning prospects into loyal customers.
- You're self-driven, results-oriented, and thrive on achieving and exceeding your goals.
- You're comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, bringing positivity and productivity to group efforts.
- You're proficient with CRM software and other sales tools, making you efficient and effective in your role.
- You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, though a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
