SalaryAdecco is currently seeking a dynamic Claims Assistant for a Temporary to Permanent role in Dutton, ON. As the first point of contact for the Claims Department, you'll play a crucial role in supporting adjusters and ensuring smooth claims processing. The position offers a competitive salary of $20 per hour.
- Pay rate: $20/hour.
- Location: Dutton, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with 1hour unpaid lunch break
- Job type: Temporary to permanent | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.

- Assists with claim setup and prepares reports.
- Supports various claims adjusters.
- Handles administrative tasks and data entry.
- Processes windshield/emergency road service claims.
- Assists with monthly claims audits.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Contributes to departmental improvements.
- Postsecondary education or equivalent.
- Three years of related experience an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to integrity and professionalism.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
