ABOUT
St. Mary's School in beautiful, affordable Chilliwack is seeking a Classroom Teacher for the 2024-25 school year. This position may be either primary or intermediate, depending on internal movement, so candidates at both levels are encouraged to apply. St. Mary's is a diverse and faith-filled community with strong ties to the parish. The ability to participate in extra-curricular activities, especially athletics, is important. The successful applicant will meet the CISVA application criteria; have a Bachelor Degree, and Teacher certification (pending certification from TRB is fine). Salary, extended health and pension benefits as per CISVA scale.

On an on-going basis, we accept teacher applications for grade levels K to 12 for our Catholic schools throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Powell River in beautiful British Columbia. All Catholics, non-Catholics, new education grads, and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply. Our major hiring season is in April for the following school year, but we recommend that you apply now as we receive an influx of applications.
