Cleaner / Content Technician

We are an insured loss restoration company looking for a compassionate, reliable & detail-oriented individual to join our team as a cleaner/Content Technician.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Pre, post cleaning of client's property
• Listing, documenting, photographing, protecting, packing, and moving our clients belongings in order to assist in the mitigation and reconstruction of our clients property
• Must be able to lift 40lbs safely
• Providing efficiency while also being careful and mindful of the job at hand
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license. Company vehicle is provided to job sites.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service skills

Availability Mon - Fri with the occasional weekend emergency work. Work vehicle is supplied for getting to job sites. Wages will depend on experience, but starting salary will range from $17-$20 per hour.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
