Newest Consulting is a professional consulting firm since 2007, mainly engaged in providing recruitment, immigration and investment services to migrate foreign entrepreneurs and skilled workers to Canada.

Duties:

• Organize and manage files and documents including downloading, sorting, tracking dates, doing spreadsheets, submitting packages
• Legally assist and coordinate the application process including evaluating applications to identify categoryqualifications, researching the processes and requirements for different types of applications
• Fill out application forms and prepare application packages and send to various government agencies
• Draft, review and proofread forms, documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Coordinate with clients, other staff members and business partners to ensure that deadlines are met
• Draft letters and communications as may be required
• Provide assistance in the client in-take process and respond to basic client inquiries by email/phone

Skill requirements:

Able to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline

Able to attention to details and repeat routine work

Able to work well with a team and under supervision

Work experience:

7-12 months related office work

Education:

Completion of college or university

Schedule: Day time
