CLIENT CARE ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

The Client Care Assistant will assist with Client Care and the necessary needs of the Centre on that shift.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of High School diploma
• Knowledge in the addictions field
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of performing job task with minimal supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with Client Care, non-medical treatment, and housekeeping duties of the Centre
• Assist in gathering and collecting data on clients
• Assist in maintaining adequate records as required for that shift
• Assist in meal distribution on pertaining shift
• Attend scheduled staff meetings
• Participate in professional development opportunities as required
• Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $19.90-$20.71 per year

Expected hours: 8 per week
