As a Client Experience Advisoryour responsible to actively engage clients via leads, or to proactively improve their financial picture by leveraging financial wellness conversations in their pursuit of deepening relationships and completing revenue generating activities. Acting as a connector within Everyday Financial Services (EFS), the Client Experience Advisor is responsible for creating leads to experts across ATB, including sales team members who can complete more complex sales needs in EFS, Business, and Wealth.
You are dedicated to creating a remarkable ATB Client Experience by acquiring, deepening and retaining personal and business relationships. A Client Experience Advisor has a defined understanding of what a seamless and high level consistent Client Experience looks and feels like. They advocate for the client throughout their interactions with ATB experience from beginning to end by courageously advancing the future of ATB.
Please note: In this role you will not be an employee of ATB Financial. You will be employed by the privately owned Agency
Client Experience Advisor Accountabilities:
- Deepen relationships with our clients by having conversations to understand their needs and how we can help them reach their goals
- Transform the Client Experience by introducing our clients to experts and educating them on our digital tools and resources
- Maintain and build client relationships by providing optimum client service
- Develop and build internal partner relationships with ATB departments and our Partner Branch to meet client service requirements and to assist with resolving issues or concerns
- Follow tactical service routines, best practice processes and procedures on all administrative and operational activities within the agency
- Process cash and clearing transactions, abiding by current policies
- Actively participate in team meetings
- Provide assistance and coaching to others, as required
- Ensure agency and ATB assets are properly safeguarded and that premises and equipment are maintained and that collateral documents are properly controlled
- Take responsibility for personal development plan; schedule meetings with leadership to discuss and activate
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of current operating systems and customer sales tools (i.e. CSA, CRM, Onboarding Express, Customer Story etc.)
- Using data to create revenue generating opportunities and leads
- Building strong partner relationships to create a remarkable and seamless Client Experience.
As the ideal candidate you possess:
- Grade 12, preferably supplemented by post-secondary business courses
- Demonstrated client service skills
- Demonstrate an ability to work well with Google platforms (Gmail, Sheets, Doc's, Meet etc.)
- A creative team player who is flexible, cooperative and demonstrates a desire to work within a team
- Demonstrate an ability to deal with change, make decisions and implement creative solutions
- A demonstrated ability to work with numbers
- Client service and/or sales experience is required
- Knowledge of personal lending services and products is desired
- Preference will be given to applicants with previous banking experience
