Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and documenting customer repair and maintenance services by listening to customer's description of symptoms, clarifying description of concerns, asking question to making sure that concern are understood and able to explain to technicians during diagnosis.
- Advising customers of recommended services, and repairs with a high closing percentage.
- Keeping constant communication with customers.
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
- 2+ years of Automotive experience
- Toyota Dealership experience would be an asset
- Customer service experience
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
- Must be flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
