My Automotive is hiring for the role of Office Administration/Service Advisor. Come joining our award winning team and see what we are all about. Serving Southern Alberta since 1990, we are a full service Auto repair facility that services all makes and models, new or old, big or small.

Job description tasks include
- Payroll, Accounting, Data Entry, Banking, Filing, Customer interactions (in person and by phone), Appointment Booking, Point of Sale Transactions, Quoting and billing of repairs, Shuttle Driver, Office upkeep
Successful applicants should have a background in payroll and office bookkeeping, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well with others. Applicant should also have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and have a professional demeanor. Automotive industry knowledge and experience is a plus, but not required. Applicants must have a clean driver’s abstract.
