Maxigreen is looking for integral full/part time candidates to join our team, our new members will provide exceptional customer service to our patrons.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with phone calls and updating communication logs.
- Booking clients, taking payments, accounts receivable.
- Maintaining professionalism in the office
- Handle data entry in our software system
- Utilizing software system for efficiency in office
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Required Skills:
- An Outgoing, friendly and energetic personality
- Great phone etiquette
- Excellent english skills
- Strong communication skills including the ability to manage occasional difficult conversations.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Manage time efficiently in order to meet competing quota deadlines
- Continuously learning to enhance knowledge and skills
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
