Service Advisor

Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients while effectively managing and coordinating automotive service and repair appointments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in scheduling service appointments.
• Consult with customers regarding their vehicle's service and repair needs.
• Provide accurate estimates for service and repair costs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
• Upsell additional services and products as appropriate.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry is ideal but we ARE willing to train the right candidate!
• Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with PBS and computer systems.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in automotive service a plus
