Sylvan Lake RV specializes in the sales and service of Certified Pre-Owned Trailers, Fifth Wheels and Class A Motorhomes. We currently have an opening in our Service Center for an experienced Service Writer/Warranty Administrator. The successful candidate should be well organized, have exceptional customer service and communication skills, as well as being motivated and a self-starter. We are looking for an individual who gets business done in a work week.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling customer appointments for service work
- Communicating with customers to obtain all necessary information regarding the repair work required
- Processing insurance and warranty claims
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of work orders and contacting customer with updates of progress requiring further approval
- Customer payments and close out of completed work orders
- Skills required:
- PBS Software experience
- At least 3 years experience as an RV Service writer
- Excellent computer skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team player, working well with others
- Problem solving skills and critical thinking
