Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Client Relation Specialist in Stoney Creek, ON. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing the sales strategy, managing customer interactions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per annum.
Pay Rate: $50k-$70k/year.
Location: Stoney Creek, ON
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities:
Execute the sales strategy to attract new customers and expand opportunities.
Communicate with customers, make outbound calls, and follow up on leads and order status.
Work with customers on deliveries, analyze and optimize logistical procedures.
Review, prepare, and process purchase orders using financial systems.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to capture and track key customer activities.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
Assist Director of Operations with tasks and general office duties.
Requirements:
Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
Comfortable using computers; previous experience with Salesforce preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
