CLIENT RELATIONS TRAINEE
As a Client Relations Trainee in our dynamic team, you will undergo comprehensive training to become proficient in managing and nurturing Client Relationships. Responsibilities:
Account Management:
· Act as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their unique shipping needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
· Oversee the accounts of key clients, managing their logistics requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Communication:
· Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing updates on shipments, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.
· Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve any service-related issues.
Relationship Building:
· Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of strong, lasting relationships with clients.
· Anticipate client needs, ensuring proactive and effective solutions.
· Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and overall engagement.
Problem-Solving:
· Learn to identify and address client issues promptly and efficiently, collaborating with team members to provide effective solutions.
· Assist in developing proactive strategies to mitigate potential challenges and improve overall client experience.
Issue Resolution
· Handle and resolve client issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams such as operations and customer service to provide effective solutions.
Team Collaboration:
· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
· Knowledge of automotive parts would be considered an asset
