Client Relationship Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in navigating the client onboarding and servicing process, ensuring swift resolution of client inquiries while adhering to essential processes. We value a growth mindset and are looking for candidates who are adept at handling diverse questions and inquiries, always striving for first-contact resolutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role possesses a willingness to learn, substantial experience in addressing various questions and inquiries, and a commitment to achieving first-contact resolutions. You’re an empathetic, patient, hardworking, and self-aware critical thinker who is passionate about your clients while understanding the need for sensitivity and confidentiality, coupled with strong critical thinking skills. Additionally, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

Solid background in customer service with exceptional communication skills (preferably in the employee benefits industry)

Enthusiastic and dedicated to providing excellent service

Proficient with computer systems

Self-motivated, capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to embrace and promote positive change
