Job description

HearingLife Canada, and National Affiliated Providers, is the largest provider of hearing healthcare service in Canada. Working in unison with the National Campaign for Better Hearing's awareness campaign (campaignforbetterhearing.org), our core philosophy is to "do what is best for the client" while increasing awareness of the effects of hearing loss and the benefits of hearing devices.


Scope

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Client Service Administrator (CSA) is the first point of contact for most of our clients and is responsible for providing superior client care. The CSA is also responsible for providing administrative support to Hearing Professionals (HPs) within the clinic and to head office.


This position is a 3 day per week permanent position at our Salmon Arm clinic. There may be additional as needed scheduling as well.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and answer product inquiries
  • Collect and record patient information;
  • Manage client appointments and maintain schedules;
  • Third party and private billing;
  • Assemble and maintain patient files and
  • General office administration.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in an applicable field
  • At least 2 years’ customer service experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple priorities
