At ETHOS Career Management Group Ltd., our clients come from all walks of life, and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger.
Our CSA is moving on up to a new role, leaving an opportunity for you to join our team. As a Client Service Adminstrator (CSA) at ETHOS, you are the first warm smile and the helping hand our client's experience as they enter the WorkBC Resource Centre. In this role, we are looking for someone who has a passion for people, strong administrative skills, and a hunger to continue to learn and grow. Does this sound like you? If so, we would love to hear from you!
The CSA is the first point of contact for all who access WorkBC Services by phone, email, online, fax, or mail. By maintaining a welcoming reception area in the Ladysmith WorkBC Resource Centre, the CSA’s main priorities are to provide program awareness and assist all onsite, offsite, and online job seekers requesting help to access information and services (including WorkBC Centre registration), and service referrals. In addition, the CSA will support the Client Services Team by contacting clients to remind them of appointments and workshops, preparing client supports and resources, and providing clerical and administrative support.
