The Client Services Assistant (CSA) is the first point of contact for all clients arriving at the Career Centre and plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and professional service. There is a constant high volume of inquiries from clients, employers and community partners on a wide variety of issues. The incumbent must possess the ability to think quickly and have excellent multi-tasking skills to succeed in this fast paced, demanding environment requiring the juggling of multiple priorities and a variety of expectations. The CSA must have excellent customer service skills, possess the capacity to effectively assist clients, and have the ability to work under pressure while meeting varied requests and inquiries from the public.
