We are seeking a compassionate and purpose driven Client Services Manager to oversee the operations of our Manor, which provides both assisted and supportive housing options within our Campus of care. The candidate will possess among other qualifications, experience working with Elderly people, a background in hospitality and customer service, and a genuine passion for serving the needs of seniors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Manor in relation to leasing and resident services.
- Member of the Campus Leadership Team.
- In collaboration with the leadership team, develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue while maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including the residential tenancies branch.
- Works with Home Care and Southern Health/Sante Sud to support Elders living within the Supportive Housing Neighbourhood
- Oversees the Support to Seniors services which includes an Adult Day Program.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive community environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and initiatives for the facility.
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in social services, business administration, hospitality or health care related field.
- Combination of education and work experience will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Comfortable interacting with the public and seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
