We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee our clinic's day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. We are hiring to supervise our two clinic locations with a primary work location of the St. Catharines General Hospital. The ideal candidate would be comfortable marketing and promoting services to various hospital departments.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee the administrative operations of the clinic, including scheduling and inventory management.
-Marketing and promotion of the company to walk-in clients at the hospital site. Triage and direct to intake teams.
-Coordinate meetings with CEOs and cultivate relationships with new referral sources.
-Manage clinic communications, including phone calls and email correspondence.
-Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance clinic performance.
-Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and enhance overall clinic effectiveness.
-Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a safe and secure clinic environment.
-Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
-Support tasks directed by CEO’s and Directors.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management.
-Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
-Proficient in using healthcare management software.
Wages are geared to experience and will be relayed based on the applicants experience level.
