Cnc Machine Operator

```Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in machining and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of HAAS, Hurco and Fanuc controls are desireable

- Knowledge of using Inspection and measurement tools desireable

- Focused and organized work area

- Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathe and milling machines

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions

- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to achieve desired results

- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and improve processes

- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations

- Experience with welding and mechanical knowledge is preferred

- Familiarity with logic controllers and CNC programming is a plus

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

- Previous experience in a manufacturing orQC inspection is desirable

- Knowledge of CAD software is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
