Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Coach Recruitment Manager to join our team. As the Coach Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing the people, brand, and content of FocalPoint Business Coaching with care and respect. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for Unit and Area Representative Franchise Sales, contributing to the expansion of our presence in new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain effective sales marketing strategies for Unit and Area Representative Franchise Sales.

- Identify and evaluate new markets for business expansion and create corresponding marketing and sales strategies.

- Refine and enhance all components of the sales process to maximize effectiveness.

- Identify new strategies, ideas, and concepts to enhance the success of the company's sales efforts.

- Responsible for the sale of Unit Franchises and Area Development Franchises as outlined by management.

- Participate in initial FocalPoint Franchisee training sessions.

- Collaborate with the President and Chief Development Officer to develop an annual business plan, ensuring target numbers are reached.

- Maintain a complete understanding of the Unit and Area Representative Franchise Agreements.

- Manage a database of suspects, prospects, and qualified leads using FocalPoint's CRM.

- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities within the assigned territory using the CRM system.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure their communication and implementation within the team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in franchise or coaching services.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business growth.

- Proficient in using CRM systems.

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Compensation: This position offers a performance-based salary with a competitive commission structure. Your earnings will be directly tied to your success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
