The Company:

Home Service Business Coach is actively recruiting for a part time Marketing Manager to join our fast growing company. We specialize in working with small home service businesses and giving them the tools, systems, and coaching to create more time and income from their business. We have built a solid brand and are looking for an all star to help us take our brand to the next level.

The Position:

• This position is hybrid - part time work from our office and part time work from home
• You live local and within driving distance to Surrey, BC Canada
• Overseeing our brand and all marketing channels including social channels, brand strategy, web-site, trade shows, etc.
• Overseeing company email strategy with regular emails to our list
• Collaborating with our Social Media Coordinator to ensure brand channels are professional and educational
• Populating our blog with regular quality content
• Overseeing Podcast & Youtube schedule - 2x per week episodes
• Preparing quarterly marketing campaigns - you are the mastermind behind how we will grow the business together
• Responding to all Google reviews in a timely manner
• Responsible for continuing and growing our brand partnership program
• Responsible for our paid ads online on Facebook & Google
• Overseeing trade show(s) - some travel involved as there are 2-4 trade shows per year
• Overseeing client welcome boxes for new members joining our program
• General marketing duties for our sister company (that is a local home service business in Surrey, BC)
• You will report directly to the company Managing Director

Time Commitment:

Approximately 20 hours per week to start. Opportunity to grow into more hours as the brand grows

Compensation:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour. Salary position will be available after training.
