Cold Calling Specialist - Auction Company

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our auction services and establish rapport.
• Identify decision-makers within target organizations and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our auction experts to further discuss services and address client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective Cold Calling strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services.
• Answer inbound calls and direct them accordingly within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Cold Calling and lead generation, preferably in the auction or related industry is an asset but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with auction processes and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.

Salary: $15.30 per hour
