Office Support
We are looking for an Office Support team member to provide support to our Finance and Sales teams. This requires working in QBO, Excel, Word and Google Doc’s where you will create work projects and help closely track the productivity and profitably of the individual projects. You will work closely with our sales team to support the completion of work by communicating service reports and invoice details to our customers. Our clients who are primarily multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial industry professionals need timely, accurate, detailed information provided through various mediums (reports, photos etc.)
Prior industry experience is an asset but not 100% necessary as the right person will be able to catch on quickly.
You:
- Strong communication skills and writing skills
- Strong command of word and excel
- Experience in using QBO
- Understanding of Adobe
- Love problem solving
- Motivated self-starter and someone who is not afraid to ask a question
- High level of accountability and integrity
- Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Critical thinker as your someone who can point out potential problems

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
