Sales And Office Support Administrator: Nanaimo

We are looking for a person who is goal oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. You will work closely with the Sales and installation team, and you’ll be reporting to our Sales Manager.

Primary duties include:

• meet and greet all customers; walk-ins, telephone and email
• customer mining/telemarketing (finding new and/or repeat business)
• input quotes into our window making program
• check data accuracy in orders and as needed, assist head office with invoices
• process/collect payments
• contact clients to both obtain missing information, answer queries and schedule installation related work  conducting customer satisfaction surveys
• liaise with various managers and departments as needed
• maintain and update Sales and all other customer records
• develop monthly sales reports in collaboration with the sales team
• communicate important feedback from customers internally
• learn about product lines and stay up-to-date with new products and features
• other duties as assigned from time to time
• follow all safety and health protocols in place

Qualifications:

• proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support person
• hands on experience using MS Office (MS Excel in particular) and for our future, CRM software
• proprietary software proficiency
• understanding of sales performance metrics
• excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• team player with high level of dedication
• ability to work under strict deadlines
• punctual and reliable, positive attitude and work ethic
• desire to work cooperatively in a collaborative team environment and open communication
• valid drivers license and working vehicle required

Other things you'll want to know:

This is a full-time position and we will train the right individual. It is essential that you be consistently punctual and reliable and that you readily take direction. Work days normally run Monday to Friday, pending workloads and time of year.

Job Type: Full-time
