As an Office Sales Assistant Support it is your responsibility to work directly with suppliers and sales staff as well as carrying out many other administrative duties. The person in this position is responsible for writing quotes, writing proposals along with other duties as required. The candidate will have an outgoing positive attitude with a motivated work ethic.
Some of responsibility for this position are:
- Assist Sales team with proposals and quotes
- Supporting Sales staff
- General office duties,
The Sales Support must have the ability to:
- Deal effectively with customers, vendors and co-workers.
- Multitask and work efficiently
- Quickly learn new tasks and products.
- Efficient computer and software skills (microsoft office, quick books)
- Efficient keyboarding skills and efficient use of the numeric keypad.
- Follow through on commitments and follow instructions given.
- Protect confidential information
