About this opportunity:

As a Collections Administrator at Meridian OneCap, you get to effectively handle documentation, reporting and administration requirements in a quick and efficient manner.

* Please note: This is a 6-month contract*

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare bailiff packages
• Mail letters, demand and NOI
• Prepare lease extension docs
• NSF emails
• Distributing “mail” from collection box
• Help with assumption packages

Loss Recovery:

• Data entry, we need to transition from excel spreadsheet to fields in Casitron.
• Prepare legal files
• Assign files to agency
• Deficiency letters
• plus other adhoc items that may come up

We’d Love to Work with You If You Have the following skills and abilities:

• High school diploma Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated work experience with office practices, customer service and communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
• Proven ability to work independently and accurately within strict timeframes.
• Capacity to manage and carry out multiple tasks and priorities in a demanding environment.
• Demonstrate effective inter-personal skills conducive to a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, problem solving & time management ability, and a commitment to a high degree of accuracy.

Office Location: St. Catharines Corporate Office. This is a hybrid opportunity
