We have a permanent full-time opportunity and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week:
- Monday through Friday 11:30 am-8:00 pm ET and up to one mandatory Saturday shift a month
Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive onsite training for up to 2 months at our Toronto office on the 5th Floor, 251 Consumers Road, Toronto, ON, M2J 1R3.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from debtors
- Conduct debtor trace and locate efforts using advanced search engines
- Establish and document payment arrangements with debtors
- Identify and escalate priority issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in USA Collections (considered an asset)
- Proven commercial collection experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Collector’s license, with the ability to be licensed across the country
