Certified Collision Centre is currently seeking a Collision Centre Advisor/Closeout Clerk to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service within our Collision Centre. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills, customer service experience, and a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their collision repair needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule repairs and communicate timelines to customers effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of all repair orders, invoices, and payments.
- Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, processing payments, and updating databases.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Collision Centre or automotive service environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and automotive estimating systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes.
