Our Associates are required to proactively keep bankers on track and help them balance business development and client coverage. The Associate Banker will thoroughly understand back-office support and operations, build leadership and sales acumen and learn relationship and deal strategy. The Associate Banker will develop a deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card and Chase Paymentech Solutions.

Job Qualifications
- Three+ years direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
Preferred Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
- Sales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed, proactive and creative
British Columbia Salary Range: CAD 110,000
