Join us with your client service experience and two years of industry experience and make a positive impact on the team with your fresh ideas and unique perspective.
Are you our next Insurance Advisor ? Do you thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment where client service is the focus? Our Burnaby Still Creek head office location is centrally located in the Willingdon Business Park near Brentwood Town Centre. This location is easily accessible by the Gilmore sky train station with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.
What you’ll be up to as our Commercial Insurance Advisor….
First things first, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
You’ll build strong relationships with Account Executives and Marketers by providing servicing support on accounts
You have a detail-oriented approach, you’ll be processing all insurance related documentation – from certificates of insurance to customer correspondence
You’ll ensure compliance by following up on accounts receivable and reviewing with the Accounting Team
You’ll jump on the front lines to respond to client requests via email and telephone
At the end of the day, we represent HUB. You’ll need to ensure that you understand and live up to our HUB values, mission and vision.
What you bring to the table…
Let’s cut to the chase. You need to have your Level 2 General Insurance License.
This isn’t your first rodeo. You have industry experience, preferably a minimum of two years working in a commercial insurance division
You’re a details person, you have a knack for accuracy
You demonstrate strong initiative and a sense of urgency to get things done
You’re client service focused with exceptional client service skills.
You’ve done this before – you have excellent insurance product knowledge
You’re proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
