As a Commissioner of Oaths, you will be responsible for administering oaths and affirmations for various legal documents and affidavits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, integrity, and a thorough understanding of the legal requirements associated with oath administration. It's important to note that obtaining a Commissioner of Oaths license is not required for this employment as we will provide and cover the costs associated with obtaining the license. This role offers the unique opportunity for employees to be compensated on a per commission document basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Administering oaths and affirmations in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Verifying the identity of individuals swearing or affirming documents.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents before administering oaths.

Requirements:

  • Must be a resident of British Columbia, Canada.
  • Aged 19 or older.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Cell phone with data.
  • Computer with internet access.
  • Printer.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation requirements.
