Pine Grove is seeking a competent and enthusiast Communication Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical duties to support the Director of Care. You will be responsible for employee scheduling for various departments, and manage vacation and other leaves.
You will manage job postings, maintain records, complete various audits, and perform tasks related to resident admission and discharge.
You will be responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
An effective office clerk has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.68-$22.27 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
