Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker for a contracted position to assist a male individual in actively participating in community events such as concerts, sporting gatherings, and other attractions that align with his true passion - collecting celebrity autographs. The ideal candidate will be attuned to his unique interests, fostering a supportive and enjoyable environment during these activities. Experience in tailoring assistance to individuals with specific passions is a valuable asset for this position.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

The successful applicant will understand the principles of Community Living and be open to working collaboratively as part of this Individual’s support network.

The applicant must be:

- a Class 5 Driver’s license

- obtain First Aid/CPR certification/re-certification

- willing to consent to a Criminal Record Check through (Ministry of Justice)

- reliable, patient, friendly, and be able to establish trust

*This position is an independent contract and are not employees of Community Living Victoria. These contracts are renewed on an annual basis contingent upon both parties wanting to continue the contract, and if credentials are up to date.

Contract length: 12 months
