Companion Caregiver

```Duties:```
- Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly client
- Assist with activities that entertain and uplift such as going out of the care home, visiting with animals, playing games, music events, etc
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings - nails, hair, etc
- Provide transportation as needed

```Experience:```
- Previous experience with senior care/companionship preferred
- Genuinely friendly, caring and professional demeanour
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Innovative and creative personality to adjust to clients needs or mood
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals as needed

As a caregiver/companion, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need. You will be providing essential support and assistance to help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Please note that this position requires a caring and compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing the highest level of care. If you are a nurse or have experience in assisted living, this could be a great fit for you.

We are looking for someone 3-4 days a week for 2-3 hours a day to support with one of our elderly clients ongoingly. Excellent English speaking is a must.
