Company Driver

```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Company Driver to join Croway's Container Division working out of the Port of Saint John NB. You will be responsible for bringing containers to and from the Port to locations throughout Atlantic Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle, such as a truck or tractor-trailer, to transport goods
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe transportation of goods
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members
- Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance as needed

Skills:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts or other machinery
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations and familiarity with Port rules & regulations
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Basic automotive repair skills to handle minor maintenance issues on the road

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
