We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our guest experience team. As part of our team, you will respond to quest inquires via phone and email, assist guests in booking suitable reservations at one of our various properties. You will speak to onsite events, available experiences, and general inquires. You accurately record customer information, including payment information, and advise customers on available upgrades or specials that may enhance their experience at the winery. You help customers with altering or canceling reservations, as necessary. Our ideal candidate has impeccable phone and email manners, strong communication and customer service skills, and keen attention to detail.

The Life of the Concierge Services Team:

• Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
• Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
• Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience
• Answer questions regarding experiences, restaurant offerings, our Membership programs, and events.
• Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations
• Communicate details of tours & experiences, wine boutique offerings, restaurant reservation & walk ins
• Participate in effective, collaborative communication between all departments
• Stay up to date on all winery events

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front desk role, reservations center, or hospitality environment
• Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic attitude
• Comfortable learning and working with multiple platforms including Fresh Desk, OpenTable, and Commerce 7
• Open and flexible for all shifts including evenings and weekends for duration of season
• Must be comfortable working in an office setting for full shifts
• Enthusiasm to increase wine knowledge
• You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change
• You put trust in others and never let anyone down
• You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
• You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions
