Position Overview: As a Concrete Form Worker, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, responsible for creating the forms that give shape to concrete structures. Your hands-on experience and expertise in formwork will contribute to the quality and success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret construction drawings to create accurate and sturdy forms.
- Set up and dismantle formwork for various concrete structures.
- Align, level, and anchor forms according to project specifications.
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Concrete Form Worker in civil construction.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Strong knowledge of formwork materials, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
