-Preparing annual budgets and monthly reporting for operating income, expenses, and capital expenditures for each property.

-Establishing programs for the care and maintenance of all buildings & equipment to ensure buildings are maintained at the highest level.

-Coordinating & supervising construction projects as required.

-Attending evening board meetings and annual general meetings.

-Establishing short and long-term goals and objectives for the assets within the assigned portfolio, in alignment with the corporate vision and direction.

Qualifications:

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

-3 years’ experience in property management or a related field.

-Strong accounting skills, organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficient in data entry and property management systems and software (Buildium).

-Familiarity with local laws and regulations.

-Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

-Great listener, organized, patient and loves dealing with people.
