Pay rate: $27//HR
shift timmings: 730am-430pm (fulltime)
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of residential maintenance and repair tasks, including drywall, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman duties.
- Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the most effective solutions.
- Complete repairs and upgrades in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install and assemble fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Proficiency in various handyman tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic tools and reliable transportation.
