Construction Labourer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our exteriors team working on new builds. You will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in different weather conditions and perform manual labor tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and preparation of siding, soffit, fascia and trough
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of jobsites
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time
• Other general labour duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Comfortable working at heights, and working off ladders
• Ability to use hand and power tools without assistance
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

*Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site*

Schedule is Monday-Friday - Hours vary between 7am-4pm

Tools required for position include; Tool pouch, hammer and tape measure

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
