Arrow was formed at the beginning of 2013 as a general contractor company, specializing in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and construction. Our staff is made up of licenced professionals who enjoy working together as a team. We aim to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and for our customers’ customers. We do our best to employ and train co-op students and apprentices. Our goal is to teach valuable skills, while providing them with a good working environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?
- Review sub quotes and award contract. After contract reward, managing the sub contractor
- Responsible for RFI’s and manage change orders.
- Coordinate and conduct site meetings and site visits
- Shop drawing review and coordination.
- Price change orders.
- Manage Construction budgets and project schedules.
- Coordinate inspection and testing services.
- Liaison with building inspectors and city officials.
- Final inspections, substantial completion, occupancy, and turnover.
- Project close-out as-built drawings, warranty documents, and close out manuals.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU REQUIRE:
- 3+ years of project management work experience.
- Ability to deliver projects on-time, on-budget and within specifications.
- Experience in estimating is considered an asset.
- Solid ability to mitigate and manage project risks
- Advanced ability to manage client relationships and expectations
- A high degree of client service orientation
- A degree in engineering or a technical degree would be considered an asset.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office applications in particular – MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, along with ability to quickly learn new applications
