What will your typical day look like?
You will be part of a collaborative consulting team which strategizes, develops, and implements Organizational Design solutions across a wide range of industries. Within those teams, you'll play a critical role in the process of preparing solution alternatives, testing them against design criteria, and aligning leadership groups around design selection and implementation. You'll apply the insights from analytic and visualization tools to assess the impact of varying design and decision solutions, and you'll support with the process of identifying, assigning, and implementing decision making authority and responsibility to both individuals (decision rights) and groups (governance). You will be part of an inclusive team that loves, collaborating, taking on challenges, and exceeding expectations.
About the team
The Organizational Strategy & Design team contains the best, brightest and most dedicated consultants in Canada. Our clients see the increasing importance of shifting away from traditional hierarchies towards more adaptable, outcome-focused operating models and organizational structures, and look to us to help guide them to that potential. We work hand in hand with our clients to better understand their business and challenges they face, helping to link their strategy to their people, undertaking qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive actionable and valuable solutions. We have practitioners coast-to-coast, and operate as a true national practice while recognizing local impact and relationships. We embrace the Firm's purpose, and tackle some of Canada's largest Organizational Strategy & Design challenges.
Enough about us, let's talk about you
- 2-5 years of work experience (ideally in a large matrix Organization)
- A fundamental knowledge of how an organizational design project is run and implemented
- The ability to, and have experience managing multiple priorities and delivering commitments on time
- Experience on project work e.g. running a workshop, assigning tasks and analyzing information
- Comfort combining both qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve business problems
- Able to work within a wide range of industries performing research and offering solutions
- Able and willing to utilize Generative AI tools to maximize efficiency
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a sense of leadership
- The will and ability to travel for the moments that matter to our clients - locally, provincially , nationally and internationally
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
