Job Summary

The Contents Manager reports to the Operations Team and will perform various tasks both in the office and in the field, related to the administration of the content’s division. This division will have a team of Contents Technicians and Leads, in addition to our subtrades providing additional cleaning, packing and moving.

These activities include, but are not limited to, ensuring that all documentation and manpower needs are met for every job, conducting regular team meetings, answering technical questions, doing hands-on work as required, and ensuring that company procedures are followed during repairs. The Contents Team Manager shall conduct regular and unscheduled site inspections to help uphold industry-leading standards in construction and restoration.

  • Assisting in setting up after-hours and weekend/ holiday contents jobs
  • Drive sales through procedures, products, and processes
  • Conducting all hiring and termination for the Contents Department
  • Upholding Contents Department Values – Professional, Positive Attitude, Commitment, Respect + Communication
  • Field Management and Safety
  • Lead by example, 50% of the time out on the field to assist in jobs
  • Creating a team environment and supporting staff morale
  • Developing Supervisors/ Site Leads – face-to-face leadership
  • Ensuring proper safety standards and policies are being followed
  • Updating Contents team on Safety initiatives
  • Excellence in quality on job sites
  • Office Management and Assisting with Project Management teams
  • Communicate with the Project Management team on the status of Content jobs
  • Conflict resolution with problematic jobs
  • Processing Department Management
  • Guiding the processing team to develop training/ procedures and processes
  • Training the team on Ultrasonic machine
  • Training and Development
  • Working alongside HR and Operations team to develop a Contents training program
  • Working alongside HR and Operations to update LPE program
  • Utilizing tools and training provided by HR/ Operations team to instill PPCR core values and culture to employees
  • Working alongside Content Supervisors to develop procedures and processes
  • Coordinating with HR for any offsite training for the Contents team ( first aid, IICRC, etc.)
  • Conducting reviews and LPE’s with HR team
  • Facilitating Contents team meetings and outing
  • Continuous training on Restorify and Encircle applications

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 relatable experience (Housekeeping Manager, Restaurant Management, etc.)
  • Team-oriented - ability to connect with a diverse group of people
  • Abstract problem solver and solution-focused
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other related computer skills

Compensation

  • Wage or Salary: $27.00 - $33.00per hour (based on experience)
