THE ROLE:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to work as a central point of contact for those in the sales department and help perform sales follow-up duties. The primary focus of the role is to assist the Sales Manager, Sales Team and Financial Controller with administrative support, including:

• Assist in the preparation of sales pricing and quotes
• Assist in the administration of sales paperwork such as invoicing, equipment financing and registration processes and other requirements as necessary.
• Organize trucking/freight and deliveries
• Assist in managing sales service requests
• Organization of internal transfers and associated paperwork
• Complete vendor payouts and monitor due-dates
• Inventory record updating
• Attend sales training and meetings as required
• Assist in sales advertising including websites, print, online, etc
• Assist in planning/facilitation of customer clinics/dealer sales events and meetings
• Assist with inventory management including audits, ordering and tracking and inventory forecasting
• Experience in financing would be an asset
• Contact customers as needed
• Other duties as required

• The ability to identify and move/operate farm equipment is not required but would be considered an asset

QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and office products (Excel, Word) and comfort with CRM software.

Experience in financing would be considered an asset.

Ag experience would be beneficial to the role but is not necessary.

Valid class 5 drivers license - this position will require travel to our 4 locations Taber, Claresholm, High River and Lethbridge

A blend of experience and education will be considered.
