Contract Coordinator

Description

AGT Foods, a division of Alliance Pulse Processors Inc., is seeking a Full Time Contract Coordinator to join our Regina Head Office team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
        Creating sales contracts in online database
        Email correspondence with international trading partners
        Reporting as necessary
        Digital filing
        Customer database entry
        Weekly / Monthly reporting as required
        AR Entry backup as necessary
        Perform any other related duties as required
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
       Ability to multi-task with keen attention to detail
       Ability to work effectively as a team member
       Excellent written and oral communication skills
       Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet Explorer
       Strong date entry skills
       Accounting experience is an asset
       Strong work ethic
